How do I make a booking?
Please contact us via WhatsApp and let us know what you're looking for.
We will make recommendations based on your needs, and if you want to make a booking, our customer service representative will send you an email with all the information and the payment link.
By clicking the link and finishing the payment process, your booking will be completed.
How do I make payments?
We accept major credit/debit cards including Visa,Mastercard, JCB, Amex and UnionPay, and other payment methods like Apple Pay.
Can I get a full refund if I cancel my booking?
Hotel cancelation policies may vary according to different room types. Please refer to the cancelation policy of the specific room type before booking.
What is the service hours of Easytrip?
Our customer service will be available from 9am to 9pm SGT on a daily basis.
What does the room rate include?
Room rate includes the hotel stay, basic utilities and access to hotel amenities such as swimming pool and gym, however, it doesn't include hotel deposit, and guest spending on hotel services such as food & beverage.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Guests might be asked to pay a deposit when they arrive at the hotel. Please consult our customer service representative about hotel's deposit policy when booking your stay.
What documentation is required when booking my stay and checking in at the hotel?
You will need to provide your name, email address and phone number when making the booking, and present booking confirmation and your ID/passport upon check-in.
